CNC Control
The equipment uses dedicated laser cutting control system, equipped with a large screen display for professional laser cutting system. Based on Windows operation system, software integrates a lot of laser cutting modules with ethercat communication protocol. The operation is extremely easy with a wireless keyboard and mouse.
We provide full-featured cutting software. This software is feature-rich, simplifies and optimizes the cutting process, significantly improving operator efficiency and productivity.
Machine Base
The design of the machine base has a patented construction.
The structure complies with international standards for industrial machine tools: it is highly accurate and robust while mechanical stress has been completely eliminated during the production and welding process.
The machine frame is designed and welded into a hive structure that effectively distributes the thrust force produced by the movement of the electric motor to each part of the machine, thus ensuring extremely stable and long-lasting operation.
Exchange Table
The table can work in a wide range of material thicknesses: <60mm and is designed to fit an automatic loading/unloading system.

Motor chain structure
Extremely stable and reliable series of high-intensity chain sets allow a cutting table exchange speed 20 seconds.
Operating modes such as link exchange or independent exchange prevent off-centre operation and collisions. The system facilitates material loading and unloading and makes waste removal easier.
Mechanical motion system
The material being processed remains stationary on the cutting table while the cutting head moves in the X, Y and Z axes. This high-precision, three-axis drive system consists of a ball screw nut on the Z-axis with two helical rack and pinion drives at high speed on the X and Y-axis. The result is faster workpiece machining with a quieter and smoother drive system. In combination with the guide system, the accuracy of movement and positioning speeds offer outstanding performance.
High speed cutting head

Proportional pressure regulator
Depending on the different materials to cut, the CNC system regulates the air pressure and air types to achieve a high quality cut. The air consumption is reduced by 30%-40% and the production capacity is increased up to and over 60%.Extremely precision in control. Extremely high flow capacity. Variety of inlets for flexibility of use.
Cooling system
The cooling system pumps the chilled water circulating inside the laser cutting system to keep the laser resonator, the optical lenses and the cutting head at a low and constant temperature. The chillers are designed to consume less energy than conventional chillers, for high precision temperature control and reliable performance.

The machine is equipped with an electrical control panel in compliance with EU and US standards. Inside the cabinet, high and low current are separated, all lines are highlighted and easy to control. An independent air conditioner is installed to reduce the heat generated by the electric power. This additional device helps to extract dust and small particles inside the cabinet: the power supply can be maintained safe and continuous, totally maintenance-free and extremely reliable.
